Term and Condition for Rider

Thank you for joining and trusting PK Riders, our aim is to provide you best service. For which you all need to know about the following things so that we can give you a best reliable and secure service.

1- Vehicle and Driver Satisfaction

Before starting the service, ensure that the vehicle and driver provided to you by us are as per the information provided by us. If not, do not take the service. In addition, if the driver or someone else provides a driver other than the driver provided by us, we are not responsible for this.

2- Payment Information

Payment is 100% Advance; the due amount has to be deposited to us within 2 days of starting the service. You deposit this amount only in the bank account provided by the company, Easy Paisa account. Never give money to the driver or any other person. If not, we are not responsible for your money.

The amount is calculated on the basis of working days, i.e. if you have a Sunday or Saturday off, the amount for those days will not be included in the total amount.

Whenever the day amount is to be withdrawn, the total amount has to be divided by the working days after deducting the holiday days.

You will be obliged to deposit the amount in the company's account every month, if the amount is not deposited in the company's account, the company will not be responsible in case of loss of funds.

And besides, if you give any other money to the driver in the form of loan, then the company is not responsible.

If the driver takes leave for any reason, the driver is liable to pay the actual amount for that day and not on account of cream or in-drive.

3- Punctuality

Punctuality is essential on both driver and rider. The driver is obliged to wait for 5 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes on the way back.

4- Route information

Inform us immediately of any change in route. If you need to terminate the service for any reason, you must notify the company at least 15 days in advance. If it is done, amount will not be returned.

5- Accident

All drivers are requested to respect the traffic rules and drive carefully. We are not responsible in case of any accident. You are also requested to keep us informed about Captain's driving from time to time.
